I'm a Slacker!!

Alright, I admit it, I'm a slacker!!! I knew that this would happen, I would create a blog and not update it as much as I wanted. Sorry, just be patient with me :) I may have to turn it over to Tyler if it gets too bad, since his life is working on the computer, but Hopefully not.

So we really aren't boring people...just a little busy.....on the go as well. Actully I have had alot of projects going on at home. Painting, repainting, redecorating, VINYL (for those of you who don't know I have vinyl machine. The kind you have seen that is popular for home decor. I really enjoy doing it!) oh, and did I mention the normal cleaning and keeping up with the kids. Anyhow cut me some slack. I'll get going here.

Back to school

Well, I guess it's off to another school year, I think I have mixed feelings. I was kind of enjoying our no schedule, schedule. But then again I always like to get back into routine. Oh well. I think I really just don't like having homework every night, and I'm not even the one going to school. We are hoping that Jayse has a good year. Last year he tested the waters a little bit. This year we are hoping also that we are able to do without the behavior letters,( especially ones for doing arm farts in class. ) He said he had a great day and that his teacher is very nice. I'm just going to keep my fingers crossed.....boys will be boys. :) Breeana starts preschool monday and is very excited to make new friends, and start bossing other kids around I'm sure.

Lake Powell 2008

Wow we had such a fun trip to Lake Powell, well once we got there. It took us forever just to get there. Our kids were troopers. Seemed like every time we turned around there, we realized we forgot something. We managed to get everything we needed. We went with Aunt Becky and Unc Chad-(no that's not a mis spelling. All the nieces and nephews call him that). Chad's parents, a brother and sister also went. There were about 26 of us all together. Our family camped on the beach with a perfect spot right next to the water.We pretty much had our own little beach except for every once and a while a bus of European tourists would unload, and they were not shy at all. They made themselves right at home under our ez-ups. I think we all saw enough speedos for a while. Jayse thought that was quite hallarious that they were swimming in their underware. We had a little lake trampoline that everybody loved, we went out in the boat, and even found some cliffs to jump off of, which was actually really fun. The little kids even did it. Yes, Becky had Tyler take a trip down memory lane and try waterskiing. It was quite entertaining. I should mention that Chad loves to throw people off the tube. He took Tyler and I for a crazy ride. We ended the weekened back in Flagstaff where we hung out with Becky and Chad and many kids. Good times!!

4th of July

We spent the 4th of July in Flagstaff with Tyler's sister Becky and her husband Chad. We went to freezing Lake Mary, got rained out the second day, but had fun in the boat. Well I actually didn't even really get wet. Maci wasn't diggin the life jacket, so we didn't go out much. But while the sun was shining it was beautiful. It was a fun weekened. Probably wondering about the "rock stars" We left cousin Ashlee in charge of the kids while we went out to dinner and we came back to this awesome looking wanna be rock band. ALOT of Wii Rockband was played that weekened. The kids had fun. We just died laughing when they came filing out the front door!!!
